Our company comprised of individuals from a diverse background and experience in hospitality, fine-dining and banqueting at five-star hotels. Assisted by well-trained staff and project managers with international exposure and knowledge, you’re assured of our promise to only deliver the best in food handling and service quality every time.
At RMC, we’d like to think of ourselves as connoisseurs of creative cuisine, combining local and international fare with an artistic twist. i. In the early 2002, our company was setup to cater for the emerging MICE market and to showcase the capability of the local bumiputra caterer to handle the market needs in Malaysia. RMC CATERING AND SERVICES (M) SDN BHD (1245125-U) is founded and owned by two business partners, a husband and wife team, in which the acronym from - name after them, En. Reza Raus and Dr. Marcella Carole.
ii. Our company is the first Malaysian caterer to setup the satellite kitchen and onsite catering service for the inaugural eco-marathon asia race event at Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia. In 2018, we have been appointed by the event organiser from Dubai to cater F&B for the launching of the World's 1st Global Islamic FinTech Summit in Kuala Lumpur, which endorses our milestone in the country's catering industry. In 2008, we have been selected to serve the aerospace scientist and 11th president of India and his entourage to visit Malaysia, the dinner was hosted by the University Malaya Chancellor at that time, and definitely one of the most memorable experiences in our catering journey.
iii. We take pride in our culinary stories: their embedded cooking history, folklores, cultures and its innovation cooking techniques as part our Malaysian Food Philosophy. For that we truly value any integrity pact to serving our clients at all time.
